Where Bespoke Design Meet the Spirit of Madeira

Soluar Boutique Residences is a new residential project in the heart of Funchal, Madeira. A limited collection of 15 bespoke residences designed by internationally acclaimed interior designer Nini Andrade Silva. Rooted in a deep connection to nature, elegance, and the rhythm of island life, Soluar invites a new way of living: intentional, sophisticated, and entirely unique.

We were engaged to shape the brand from the ground up: naming, positioning, and designing a full visual and verbal identity system that reflects the spirit of the place and the caliber of the design. From the project's early development, we worked closely with the client team to capture the essence of Soluar: a rare blend of nature, tranquility, artistry, and architectural excellence.

The brand identity draws inspiration from Madeira’s natural elements: light, texture, colors, and is expressed through a minimal yet warm visual language. We developed a name that speaks to clarity, place, and flow, and created a tone of voice that communicates understated luxury and intentional living. From identity to communication pieces, web to marketing tools, every detail was crafted to resonate with a discerning international audience.
